Deadwood Mountain Grand

The Deadwood Mountain Grand project included extensive remodel of the historic Homestake Mining Slime Plant as well as a major addition of an entertainment center floor and a six-level hotel structure.

While keeping the historic flavor of the iconic building, the design had to create an entertainment venue complete with a performance arena, a 100-room hotel, restaurants, gaming, and a multi-level parking garage. The project required extensive excavations and retaining walls built into the hill.
