Mandaree Community Center

    About The Project

    The Mandaree community is part of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation (Three Affiliated Tribes) located on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in North Dakota. This complex will serve as a major focus of life and wellness activities for West Segment members of the MHA Nation. The community center will include a major venue for sporting/gathering events, wellness areas, pool, bowling alley, outdoor gathering areas and interior connection ways to adjacent buildings.

    The community center is part of the Mandaree Wellness Clinic, which will include a senior living center and medical clinic as adjacent connected facilities. The sum of these projects will total approximate $150M in construction costs, with total area of approximately, 196,000 sf (94,00 sf, 87,000 sf, and 18,000 sf for the three major components). Construction is scheduled to start in the summer of 2023.
