Black Hills Community Bank

For this bank project, the major portion of the facility was a significant remodel and addition to a building formerly used as a bike dealership. The second floor area was extended, and the some of the other structural challenges included the addition of a large clock tower, multiple large entry structures, new openings in existing walls and a new drive-thru canopy. The project style was set to complement the style of the main office in Rapid City, which was also a project completed by Albertson Engineering Inc.
