About The Project
The Pennington County Administration Building is a new 98,500-SF building for the administrative use and functions of Pennington County. A part of the Pennington County Campus Expansion, this facility houses 911 Dispatch, the planning department, the registrar of deeds, the county auditor, the county treasurer and other county offices along with providing spaces for the state’s attorney and public defender offices.
